Product Details
Precision instrument for measuring peel adhesion strength of laminated materials, tapes, and packaging products.

RI 9050
The Peel Strength Tester is a precision testing instrument used to measure the peel adhesion strength between two bonded materials. It is widely used to test laminated films, pressure sensitive tapes, labels, coatings and packaging materials to ensure proper bonding quality. The Additional Peel Strength Tester variant is available with extended load capacity, customizable grip options, and advanced digital control features to meet specific industrial and laboratory testing requirements.
The test specimen is clamped in the upper and lower grips of the tester. A controlled tensile force is applied at a constant speed to peel one material from another at a specified angle (90° or 180°). The force required to peel the bonded layers is measured by a load cell and displayed digitally.
Designed to comply with ASTM, ISO and TAPPI standards for peel adhesion and bond strength testing.
