Product Details
Laboratory instrument for measuring pulp freeness, helping evaluate fiber refining and drainage characteristics in paper manufacturing.

RI 9012
Beating & Freeness Tester is a laboratory testing instrument used to determine the freeness of pulp in the pulp and paper industry. Freeness indicates the rate at which water drains from a pulp suspension and reflects the degree of beating or refining of fibers.
A known quantity of diluted pulp suspension is poured into the tester. When the valve is opened, water drains through standardized openings. The volume of drained water collected in the measuring cylinder indicates the freeness value of the pulp.
